Subscription FAQs
How do I manage my subscription?
You can skip an order or cancel a standard product subscription by logging into your account. Click the 'Account' icon in the top right bar of our website and log in, then click manage subscription. Then click subscriptions in the top header bar and choose the product that you would like to skip or cancel. Please note you must be on subscriptions tab to be able to cancel the subscription. If you're in the "Upcoming Order" tab, you need to click on the product first and then the cancel subscription option will be available.
How do I change my delivery date?
Click the ‘Account' icon in the top bar of our website and log in, then click ‘manage my subscription’ then click subscriptions in the top header bar. There you will see all your active subscriptions. Choose the subscription you would like to edit. From there it’s easy to change the order delivery date and the order frequency.
Can I cancel my subscription?
We hope you experience the results you’re looking for, but if you do decide to cancel your subscription then you can do so at any time via your online account or by calling the Customer Care team on 07432 471452 (whatsapp). There are no strings attached with our subscription service, so you won’t be charged again after that point.
To cancel your subscription online, click ‘Account' icon in the top bar of our website, enter your email address linked to the order, then the 4 digit login code which will be sent to you
- On the Subscriptions tab, select the subscription to be canceled.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Cancel subscription. If required, provide a cancelation reason and click Next to proceed.
- Click Cancel to confirm.
What if I take my supplements more or less frequently?
It’s important to take most of our supplements every day to maintain levels of the active ingredient in your body. If you would like to take more or less each month you can easily adjust the frequency of each order via your online account. Click ‘mange my subscription’ and then click subscription in the top header bar. There you will see all your active subscriptions. Choose the subscription you would like to edit. From there it’s easy to change the order frequency.

DESCRIPTION
Plant sterols supplements (also known as phytosterols) have been approved by The European Commission as a proven and safe means of reducing total cholesterol. Plant sterols have a similar structure to our own cholesterol, which means that they block the body's absorption of cholesterol into the blood.
Our 800mg Plant Sterols Supplements contain high levels of beta-sitosterol (70 - 80%) and have been carefully developed based on successful scientific trials.
Studies show that daily supplementation with 2400mg of plant sterols (3 tablets) reduces cholesterol levels by 12.5% in 2 to 3 weeks. Plant sterols have also been shown to have no detrimental effect on HDL (good) cholesterol levels. Innopure Plant Sterols are Vegan Society Approved.
HOW TO USE
Take one tablet daily to maintain normal cholesterol levels. Take three tablets daily to help lower cholesterol. Tablets should be taken with food.
Do not exceed the daily recommended intake and keep out of reach of children. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
Store in a dry & cool place and keep out of direct sunlight.
