Charlotte Hunter - Registered Nutritional Therapist

Charlotte Hunter, BSc Nutritional Medicine, MBANTS, CNHC

Charlotte has been a nutritional therapist since 2010, specialising in the metabolic effects of menopause, particularly in cases of premature, surgical, or complex menopause. After experiencing surgical menopause herself, she founded a Menopause Nutrition business to provide women with food-based solutions that can make a real difference.

Charlotte’s flagship programme, The Menopause Midsection Makeover®️, helps women over 40 manage weight gain during menopause. She also created the Hormone Connection Membership in 2021 and the DUTCH Test Learning Lounge in 2024—both online platforms offering training and mentorship for health professionals.

Alongside running her practice, where she leads a team of skilled nutritional therapists, Charlotte works closely with clients in one-on-one consultations and group settings. She is also involved in the menopause sector, consulting for Issviva Menopause and overseeing KBMO Diagnostics UK.

In addition to her extensive experience, Charlotte is currently pursuing another MSc in Nutritional Medicine at The University of Surrey.  Her mission is to empower women to thrive during menopause through evidence-based nutrition and practical, personalised support.

Charlotte regularly lectures on women’s health at The Institute for Optimum Nutrition and has been published in various online and print health publications. She is a proud member of the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
